Accomplished Teaching MSEd

The Master of Science in Education program in Accomplished TeachingÌýin 51¶¯Âþ's College of Education and Human DevelopmentÌýenables working teachers—both new and established practitioners—to develop new knowledge and to analyze and reflect on their own teaching practices in order to advance their careers.

Core courses with universal teaching applications include topics such as computer-based instruction and cultural diversity. In choosing from a broad range of electives, you’ll have the flexibility to tailor your education to best serve your school and community. Choose to focus on enhancing your specialization in education by completing coursework in English language teaching, instructional learning technology and special education, among other topics.

You’ll complete your coursework on a part- or full-time basis on 51¶¯Âþ’s Main Campus in Philadelphia. Some courses are offered at off-site locations, and certain electives can be completed in an online format.

In keeping with 51¶¯Âþ’s commitment to access and affordability, this Master of Science in EducationÌýoffers a competitive level of tuition with multiple opportunities for financial support.

Tuition rates are set annually by the university and are affected by multiple factors, including program degree level (undergraduate or graduate), course load (full- or part-time), in-state or out-of-state residency, and more. These tuition costs apply to the 2024–2025 academic year.

Pennsylvania resident: $1,105.00 per credit
Out-of-state: $1,518.00 per credit
