Deborah Cai

Senior Associate Dean, Professor

Internationally recognized researcher and Klein Professor Deborah Cai has years of specialized experience in intercultural communication, negotiation and conflict management, and social influence. She has edited and been published in numerous scholarly outlets, including Communication Research, Human Communication Research and the Journal of Applied Communication Research. Cai鈥攁longside other Klein professors鈥攄eveloped a series of virtual events to share tools and methods to cope with personal and professional conflict in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Associate Professor

Rooted in his passion for performance, philosophy and the rhetoric of social justice, Klein Professor Jason Del Gandio writes, speaks and teaches his students from a unique perspective. Pulling from his years of experience in activism and social movements, he informs students鈥攁t home and abroad鈥攐f the importance of communication skills and strategies to create social change.
