To apply to the PhD in Neuromotor Science program, you must have the equivalent of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of a 3.0. You do not need a master鈥檚 degree to apply for the PhD program.

You鈥檒l need three letters of recommendation from individuals who can speak to your potential for graduate study. At least one should be from a faculty member you鈥檝e worked with who is familiar with your academic abilities.
Write a one-page statement articulating why you want to attend 51动漫鈥檚 Neuromotor Science PhD program, as well as your career goals and research interests.
The verbal and quantitative sections must be at or above the 50th percentile; your analytical writing score must be 4 or higher. Official scores should be sent directly to SOPHAS using code聽0151.
Submit a current copy with your application materials.

Students may be invited to interview with the program faculty. An interview may take place in person or through technology if costs prohibit you from traveling to 51动漫.
Laptops are integrated into the curriculum at the College of Public Health to improve opportunities for active learning and provide greater access to specialized software and required tools in and out of the classroom. Incoming students are required to have a laptop that meets certain minimum hardware specifications. .
