Health Facilities Planning Graduate Certificate

Prepare to work effectively in the field of healthcare facilities management with the Graduate Certificate in Health Facilities PlanningÌýin the at 51¶¯Âþ. In collaboration with the College of Public Health, this 12-credit graduate certificate program gives students a comprehensive understanding of health facilities planning and public health in order to provide insight into how the two sectors relate.

Students in the graduate certificate program learn about the various roles and objectives of their partners in the healthcare workplace environment in order to effectively address healthcare facility planning needs and develop collaborative practice skills to get prepared for working environments in the facilities management industry.

Courses are held on 51¶¯Âþ’s Main Campus. The graduate certificate can be completed on a part-time basis. International students may not be eligible to apply for a student visa based on admission to the certificate program. All applicants must present credentials that are the equivalent of the appropriate baccalaureate degree at 51¶¯Âþ.

Tuition & Fees

In keeping with 51¶¯Âþ’s commitment to access and affordability, this Graduate CertificateÌýoffers a competitive level of tuition with multiple opportunities for financial support.

Tuition rates are set annually by the university and are affected by multiple factors, including program degree level (undergraduate or graduate), course load (full- or part-time), in-state or out-of-state residency, and more. These tuition costs apply to the 2024–2025 academic year.

Pennsylvania resident: $1,105.00 per credit
Out-of-state: $1,518.00 per credit
