Scholarships and Financial Aid
Graduate students are eligible for financial assistance from聽,听 补苍诲听 sources. Additionally, 51动漫 students in graduate and professional programs can participate in internships, externships, assistantships and fellowships to receive further financial support. Interested applicants should consult with advisors or department chairs about the application process for their desired position.
Graduate Fellowships
51动漫 also offers fellowships to support outstanding students in doctoral programs.
Fellowship recipients receive four years of funding. Two years are spent gaining experience as teaching assistants alongside our outstanding faculty. The remaining two years do not require service so that students will have the opportunity to focus on their research.
Department Scholarships
The Lew Klein College of Media and Communication offers scholarships to competitive students who study full time in our Master of Journalism, Master of Arts in Media Studies and Production and the online Master of Science in Communication Management. Federal Financial Aid
Federal Stafford Loans
Applying for federal Stafford loans requires completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). At 51动漫, unsubsidized Stafford loans are available to full-time graduate students up to a maximum amount of $20,500 annually.
Federal Work-study
Eligibility for the Federal Work-study Program is based on the applicant鈥檚 need as determined by the information on the applicant鈥檚 FAFSA. In addition, students must be enrolled at least half time and maintain satisfactory academic progress. Students are paid biweekly for hours worked.
