In this 122-credit Facilities Management undergraduate degree program, coursework focuses on building technology and environmental stewardship, business management, cultural diversity, design thinking, leadership and collaboration, professional communication, and professional ethics. As a Facilities Management Major, you’ll receive a foundational education in architecture before taking classes in subjects related to facilities management. The facilities management coursework takes place in °Õ²â±ô±ð°ù’s Facilities Management Lab, conceived as a workplace solutions space where you’ll simulate real-world interdisciplinary collaboration and implement lessons learned through facility design and installation projects. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with professionals across Philadelphia and the surrounding region, both in the classroom and during site visits, building a strong professional network.Ìý
